Palm River Estates

Palm River Estates, which is simply called “Palm River” is a community of single family homes and condominium and villa associations located in North Naples. Located just off of Immokalee Road, between Airport-Pulling Road and Palm River Blvd, this community is known for its many winding and scenic streets, homes of different sizes, styles, age and price ranges with an “old fashioned” appeal. Neighbors know each other and their dogs by name and there are many get-togethers including holiday parties, BBQ’s and happy hours on driveways. Halloween is a time when neighbors young and old gather throughout Palm River to gather candy and to catch up on local news. Palm River is consistently ranked as the most patriotic neighborhood in Naples as a collective effort of neighbors line every street with thousands of flags every Fourth of July.

Currently, Palm River is zoned for the Veterans Memorial Elementary, North Naples Middle and Aubrey Rodgers High School Zone which are some of the most desired schools in the Collier County School District.
 
Residents love Palm River due to its geographic location which is just 3 miles from I-75 and from the beach. The community consists of a mix of ages with many full time and seasonal residents living here for years which always keeps the inventory of homes low. The lots for the single family homes in Palm River are large and allow abundant privacy and without any or low HOA fees or restrictive rules, it has a laid back, “Old Florida” vibe.
